Our brokers are well taken care of and treated with utmost respect. We pay our brokers at the high end of the industry standard and we expect top performance in return. Here’s what we expect from our messenger brokers:
• Keep your vehicle clean and well maintained
• Be on time every time, be reliable & dependable
• Act and look professional, respond quickly
• Always carry the QA Courier ID Card when making a pick-up or delivery for QA Courier
• Follow dispatcher instructions
• Keep the dispatcher informed
• Never use coarse language
• Update the system immediately with order status for pickup and delivery
• Always keep packages secure in your bin
• With the client and/or consignee, always be nice, concise, and precise
