Our Customer Service Representatives are not order takers, although they’d be glad to take your orders over the phone if that’s how you want to place them.  The vast majority of our clients use our easy to use yet extremely powerful order management system on the internet.  This frees up our CSRs to provide you with real customer care; like Proactive Notification.  If we are having trouble with your delivery (weather, traffic, bad address, etc.), we’ll call you right away so that you’re always informed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the customer service you’re receiving, simply ask to speak with the Operations Manager and he’ll make sure you get the help you need right away.
